A Gilmore Girls-inspired novel about a secret society at Yale and a girl who - through family legacy - becomes their leader. Tradition may dictate she must receive the crown, but that doesn't mean everyone is happy about it. Themes: dark academia, romance, mystery, rivals to lovers --- I never desired power. The stories with villains after money or fame, those I understood, but power? Why would I ever want to make people obey me, fear me, serve me? I just didn't understand. I guess things change.
