In a dystopian future where robots, known as Cyber Cats, inhabit a ruined Earth, Cipher a hyperactive, playful robot uncovers a dark human agenda. After a chance encounter with Theo, a young human sent to assess Earth's habitability, the two form an unlikely partnership. While Theo seeks to complete his mission, Cipher plots to use Theo to infiltrate the humans' space station and exact revenge.
