The history contained herein came into my possession by chance, though I am no longer persuaded that chance governs such things. Its pages, much worn and in places difficult to recover, recount the life of one who lived in the long shadow of the old war, when the earth was cold, the nations broken, and memory itself had begun to fail. If the tale appears grave, it is because it was born in a grave age. If it seems slow to speak, it is because silence was then the common lot of men. I offer it now only as it was offered to me: as the remembrance of a life not wholly consumed by the darkness into which it was cast. That is all I shall say before surrendering him to the reader. The world ended slowly. Now what remains is hunted. Deep in the frozen wilds of North America, a veteran of the last great war lives alone with their dog, keeping faith in a world that has nearly forgotten God. But when something unexpected is brought to their door, the silence of life is broken, and the past begins to stir. Forced back onto the road, into the ruins, into memory, and into the mercy he thought he had buried with the dead. What begins as an act of duty becomes a journey through the bones of a dead civilization. Saint Among Sinners, Sinner Among Saints is a grim and reverent tale of survival, memory, and the faint light that remains when all else has failed.

Do you fight for your country, or do you fight for yourself? Do you fight for what's right, or because you simply have to? Take orders, kill the enemy. Do as told. Doing so fosters a loathing for the other side of the war, the blame for all your side has lost in the conflict. Without the war finding its end, the next generation ends up no different, that hatred bred into them. Would a man be correct in thinking he is on the right side? He finds himself taking a job to infiltrate the enemy, gain their trust, learn their secrets, their weaknesses, and report back to base. There is no right side, only the one you fight for. Huge thank you to @Lasophie79 for the coverart.

(Second book of the War series) Six months after the Alliance took South America, Central America, and the US has proved to be a challenging time for all involved. Despite holding advantage in a lot of areas, they are still fighting two wars, one against Cerberus and the other against the Corrupter's Armada, previously known as the Anthro Army. Focusing on the latter, the Alliance has made slow yet steady progress in retaking Canada, while the members of the previously known Human Army, the Shadow Legion, were defending against Cerberus. Events have also been happening that have been, so far, unexplainable. Reports from all over have been giving signs of a fourth Army, one of unknown origin or numbers. They arrive suddenly from out of nowhere and attack a place, before disappearing just as quickly. It is assumed that whatever this army is, they are beyond advanced when it comes to hiding a large force. The Eastern Continents are no exception either, as scavenging teams have reported a sudden change in behavior from the Reapers. Where Reapers would normally patrol all over, they have completely changed in strategy and have gone deeper into the Eastern Continents. While some towns are considered Reaper free, others have Reapers guarding it, preventing anyone from entering. It is still unknown as to what could have caused this sudden shift, and that worries a lot of people. Will the Alliance fall to either army, or will they push through and stand as the last one standing?

You only need a series of unfortunate events for everything to be lost to oblivion. Jack will try to stay grounded in this broken world, full of a brutal war between humans and anthros, while struggling to deal with his own mental problems. The universe of this story is heavily inspired by the Anthrostate, so prepare to meet many strong women. Hello everyone! I want you to know that this is my first story, written with a lot of love and effort. Please, don't judge me too harshly if you find spelling errors or if the plot seems a bit convoluted; I'm all ears for your comments, advice, or any suggestions in the comment section. This story is a blend of inspirations from many places: games and other stories I've read. One of the biggest influences is "A Man in a Beast World," and also Metal Gear, which I heavily base many elements on. If you notice identical characters or situations, now you know why. However, I will strive not to completely plagiarize these works or the creations of other authors. I will draw many references from various sources, but I want to make it clear that all credits for images or similarities with other works belong to their respective owners, not me. A quick note: English is not my primary language, so if you find any spelling errors somewhere, it's because I'm using a translator. I'd greatly appreciate it if you point out any mistakes in the comments so I can correct them. Thank you for taking the trouble to read this thing!
