World weary and cynical, Arnav Singh Raizada falls for a slip of a girl his sister challenges him to seduce. It's a different matter altogether that when he breaks her heart, he breaks his own and years later, she seems to have moved on while he is still a fool who has loved her for far too long... ................................................................. "You need me to call you bhaiya?" She taunts. "I don't know a man who likes hearing "Bhaiya" from random females." "You would be correct," He agrees grudgingly. "And Arnav Ji is too old fashioned and Bollywood for me. It's not as if I am gonna see you after this wedding wraps up. I have no plans of subjecting myself to pointless human interactions and connections with Payal's in laws and her family." She fidgets a little, extending first one leg and then the other to rest it against the floor. Her skirt rides up a little while she is making herself comfortable and he is treated to the sight of her pale, delicate ankles. "Ouch! And here I thought we might be bonding over your juvenile antics and a love story I can't wait to hear." His eyes are still on her ankles and he feels like a perv as he continues staring. She has painted her toes black. Arnav needs to look away if he doesn't want to sport half a boner because a barely adult chit flashed him her ankles.

The life of Khushi Kumari Gupta was already in shambles, but the day she found out that her fiancée was, in actuality, the son-in-law of the family her sister was marrying into, was the day she felt truly devastated. She had never loved Shyam but she was still the girl with whom he betrayed the loving, yet blissfully ignorant Anjali-ji and now, she has to bear the weight of his treachery. Khushi has to choose whether to preserve the utopia of a woman who dedicated her being to her partner, or to reveal the truth and risk the destruction of everything precious. As much as her brain urges her to run away from the gnawing reality, she chooses the latter. She decides to stand by what is right and could only hope that after the relentless rain of sorrow, those whom she loves would be able to find their way back to happiness.

A WINNER 'MOST BINGE WORTHY STORY' in CLASH OF FANDOMS AWARDS BY @WriteToEngage ~•~ 'All is fair in love and war'. Arnav Singh Raizada scoffed at the ridiculousness of the saying, because even a saying such as that couldn't justify what he had done. How could have he been so blinded, so ignorant, so Stupid. Set in the quiet, nostalgic corners of the 1990s, Skybound and OceanBreeze is a tender story of love, heartbreak, and the unspoken threads that tie two souls across miles and time. Amid the hum of dial-up internet and the warmth of handwritten letters, Arnav and Khushi-two teenagers from different worlds-find each other in the digital sanctuary of an ICQ chatroom. What begins as playful banter between their aliases, Skybound and OceanBreeze, grows into something profound, a connection neither of them expected but both desperately needed. Arnav, a boy from Amritsar with a heart full of unspoken dreams, juggles the weight of family responsibilities and his own quiet longing for more. Khushi, a girl from Bangalore seeking refuge from a life of unrelenting expectations, hides her brokenness beneath a spirited smile. The first time Arnav Singh Raizada saw her, she was standing beside a man who did not deserve her. She wore red. Not the kind of red that spoke of power or confidence, but the kind meant to hide. The fabric covered her arms, her shoulders, her throat-concealing everything but the hollow emptiness in her eyes. She was silent. Not timid, not shy-just absent, as if she had faded so far into herself that nothing could pull her back. Despite her silence, she was being paraded like a possession. And yet-when her eyes met his for the briefest second, just a flicker of dark against dark-Arnav knew one thing with absolute certainty. He was gone. And she had no idea. A mafia story with characters from IPKKND. The fanfiction is not based on the show. Bi-weekly updates on every Tuesday and Friday. Keep reading! 😇❤️🫂

He is order. She is chaos. Arnav Singh Raizada's life is measured in profit margins and deadlines until Khushi Kumari Gupta threatens to dismantle his silent world one jingle at a time. She shouldn't belong in his sleek, perfectly ordered universe. And yet, he can't stop noticing her. This is a fanfiction based on Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon? set in an alternate universe. Story, concept and everything else except the characters' names belong to me. That said, I do like to include elements and references from the show here and there and in those cases complete credit to the makers. Please do not copy. It would really hurt to see this work elsewhere without my knowledge.

In a story where Anjali married an honest man and the Guptas are not who they seem to be, how will the events turn out differently from the show? Why is Payal vehemently against her own family? How do the Guptas actually know Shyam? A rewrite of Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon with a different villain, better communication but the same cherished nok-jhoks of our beloved couple

Two lives built on control collide under the weight of one unstoppable force: Jazba (Passion) Characters of Arnav, Khushi and others belong to their original creators.
