And when he saw a walker coming towards Carl, the love of Ron's life, he pulled Out his gun to shoot the walker. But Ron had little experience with guns, and missed his shot, hitting Carl in the head. Carl fell to the ground, but still alive. Michonne, misunderstanding the situation, stabbed Ron through his left shoulder. Ron feel to the ground, walkers biting on him. But after Rick and Michonne left, presuming Ron to be dead, the walkers stopped biting Ron, treating him as one of their own. Ron got himself up, making his way out of Alexandria. He assumed Rick would kill him if he knew he wasn't dead. Ron went and sat in the forest, waiting to succumb to his bites. But then a man named Negan showed up and patched Ron up. After Ron survived his bites, he quickly moved up in the ranks of the saviors due to his immunity and ability to walk among walkers unnoticed. Ron, now a top Lieutenant, has been keeping his past and Alexandria a secret. He was trying to protect Carl from negan and the saviors. And he never tried to return for Carl as he'd surely be killed. However, Negan has found a new group, and a man named Rick is the leader. ☆
