Reuben Kaplan is a troubled young man facing his inner demons and struggles while trying to navigate his dark powers. When one particular day sets his life upside down , Reuben finds himself being hunted by a familiar cult along with a purple haired teen girl while being protected by a cop Reuben has a past with. Along the way , they run into an amensic and a green haired boy who can turn into a tiger. And together the five of them find themselves getting close and forming a family of their own .
