Jon Arryn heard what was going on and along with the King's guard went down to the city and saw Caspian fighting the city watch and winning. It took two out of the seven members of the King's guard to subdue Caspian and have him locked up and awaiting Robert's judgment. When the trial started he was questioned about the fight, and he asserted that he was protecting a merchant who was being attacked by the city watch members. This trial would have gone on for hours until Jon Arryn convinced Robert to let him foster Caspian. Robert instantly agrees with Jon Arryn's request and so Caspian would be trained by Jon Arryn in everything, and just like Ned would see Jon Arryn like a grandfather. He spent another two years in King's Landing, becoming one of the most popular people in Westeros. (All rights belong to George R. R. Izuku was framed by The League of Villains and nobody in UA believe in him, not even his own kids, Eri and Kota. Because of that, he lost 3 years of his life. Izuku almost died in Tartarus because his former class assaulted him and the teachers didn't do anything. Worse, The League Of Villains give him also a visit in his cell. Hisashi came and released the seal on Izuku powers, The Celestial Dragon. 3 years later, he was free after Tomura revealed that they framed Izuku and nobody believed him.

Izuku got sick and tired of being bullied by his "sister" and her friends, as well as being abused and neglected by his parents, and ignored by most of his aunts and uncles, except for Nezu because he was there for him. They do this all because of something that was beyond his control. One day when the bullies got done hurting him, his real friends, took him to the Yaoyorozu estate and healed him up. While he was recovering, he met the God Brothers and they gave him the power of creation and destruction and trained him in these powers. With these powers, Izuku is set to destroy all corruption throughout the world.

Some people will tell you life is unfair. That your place in the pecking order is decided the moment you were born. That what you are born with is what you end with, gifted and ungifted. The gifted are raised to where the ungifted are not allowed to reach, to places they can never dream of reaching. Those with powerful quirks over the weak quirks, and below them, the last 20% of the population which was quirkless. but does it always have to be this way?
