Rumor has it that within the gloomy grounds of the infamous Thorneburg Castle lurk bloodthirsty vampires responsible for the disappearances of hundreds of locals in the bleak, remote countryside in Central Europe of early 19th century. Christopher Hart, a 19-year-old village boy, who has always dreamed of traveling and writing books, leaves his poverty-ridden family to find a job. But when no one wants to hire him because of his physical weakness and clumsiness, he joins a shady hunting group obsessed with the supernatural out of desperation. Christopher's innocent appearance is perfect for their next mission targeting the Thorneburg Castle. Christopher will pose as a servant for the aristocratic family, the Waltons, while investigating the truth behind the alleged atrocities to help the group kill the Waltons and end their string of horrific acts once and for all. Herbert Walton, a 25-year-old hopeless romantic who loathes everything about being a vampire, is the laughing stock of his entire race for his gentle nature and panic attacks. Living in Thorneburg Castle alongside his parents, he spends his days feeling caged, lonely and dreaming of seeing the human world he has always been curious about. But when Christopher arrives, Herbert becomes infatuated and spends each day trying to prove he is not the murderous monster the rumors say he is. As Christopher is whisked into the Waltons' glittering world and Herbert's unexpected sensitive nature gradually wins his heart, he becomes torn between his mission and his growing affection, and is faced with two uncomfortable revelations: the Waltons want him to become one of them, and he might be in love with the very monster he was sent to destroy.

This story is written in the perspective of a 19 year old girl struggling with many mental illnesses such as OCD, eating disorders, BPD, etc. She struggles with a lot of internal battles, learning to trust people, struggling with addiction, and trying to overcome her struggles and stay sober. She recently lost her best friend and is trying to navigate being a person again after the traumatic loss. She still struggles despite it happening over a year ago. Her mind is constantly full of noise and never settles down, she feels like a train wreck. Unsure how to cope besides the coping mechanisms she turns to that she has always found comforting, despite being horrible for her. Imagine a story that's sort of like a lost diary nobody is supposed to read. It is full of emotions, raw, and somewhat triggering. The first chapter has disclaimers and trigger warnings, and the second has a meet the character section with face claims and info about each character. The story truly starts at Part 3 where chapter 1 begins. "All I ever wanted was to belong. To feel normal, but instead I'll never find my people. I could have a normal life, but I fell into addiction. With drugs, as well as anorexia. I ruined myself just for an ounce of control over the disastrous, chaotic pile of bullshit my life has become. I recovered, but then lost everything again due to losing my best friend. I don't know if I'll make it out alive this time." NOTE- Everything written on phone so far. All a rough draft, no editing yet.

Here I am in a classroom surrounded by two super hot, annoying pricks. What am I going to do about it? Absolutely nothing. Why? I'm not scared to like who I like, and until they can admit they're not completely straight-especially with the way they keep slamming me against the wall and making excuses to kiss-then they're not getting anything from my sweet, fine ass.

They say you don't fall for the guy your brother calls family. Too bad my heart never got the memo. I'm Isabella Costello-eighteen, underestimated, and the daughter of a powerful and secretive Italian family in Manhattan. My life is full of rules I didn't write, expectations I never agreed to, and brothers who shadow my every move. Especially Marco, the eldest, the loudest, and the most overprotective of them all. His best friend, Stephan Romano, is everything I should stay away from-dangerous, gorgeous, and completely off-limits. He practically lives in our house, has known me since I was a kid... and still looks at me like I'm nothing more than Marco's little sister. But I'm not a kid anymore. And lately, Stephan's eyes linger a little longer. Everyone in my world plays a role. My father, silent and scarred. My mother, graceful and guarded. My brothers, warriors in suits. And me? I've always followed the script. But the more time I spend with Stephan, the harder it is to keep pretending-especially when the looks turn into touches, and the tension becomes something neither of us can ignore. Falling for him could destroy everything. But what if the risk is worth it? In a family built on loyalty and secrets, love may be the most dangerous game of all.
