The payment system in Night Glow City has changed to match the more modern payment system, and all of the technology in the city is falling apart. Drones are falling from the sky for seemingly no reason. The hundreds of Riotgens within the city are acting unusual and are highly aggressive now that F.U.R is out of the picture. Protests and riots are a normal thing now. The city is falling apart... But some things are never as clear as they appear. While Leo Foxwell may never know why he was sent to this strange world to begin with... The least he can do is find out what lurks behind the storm with the help of his new friends. This time... Sc'the is a Dragon, who wouldn't want to be one?! But he's not a normal dragon that people often read about. There was no dungeon for him to wake up endangered by, there was no siblings to bug him, and there certainly wasn't just a strange screen showing what he'd become. There was a Voice too. Oh, but this is Sc'the's second life, and going from a human kid that was starting to give up on life, to becoming one of the most important beings of an entire planet is certainly a shocking twist of fate.

The Ultimate GameCube Tier List! None had tried to rank at least a great portion of the wonderous system's library, so I thought to do it!
