To assist with the war effort against the Raptures, the Frontier Militia sends one of their top Pilots off ahead of the full reinforcements to act as a commander for a squad of Nikkes until the Frontier Militia can come to the assistance of the earth. However the Pilot Commander is treated in a poor manner by the higher ups and banished to the Outpost along with his Nikkes. However this Commander is the bridge ensuring the Union of the earth's military and the Frontier Military.
