Esme Rose has been dancing at Abby's since she was two years old. She has became one of Abby's star dancers over the years. Always in the front and centre, and always getting the most attention. At only 7 years old, she has became Abby's favourite. Her mom Josie Rose, has always been a close friend to Abby, actually used to be one of Abby's students herself. But she had to quit dance because her parents didn't have the money for it. So now she has the money for her kid to do it, as soon as Esme could walk, she put her into dance class for Abby, hoping to make her a star.

Matilda Grace Ziegler is an amazing dancer, however she is always forgotten. well, not really forgotten, just.. skipped over. can she shine enough to be noticed or fall trying?

lana hadely has been with abby Lee miller since she was three, she's seen the worst,best,ugly,happy of her and her company. she and Brooke was the first version of Chloe and Maddie, she was the Chloe , brooke was the maddie. now that producers have came to abbys company to now make a reality show , it's going to get even worse.

Chloe's older sister Cleo danced at the aldc too but she was on the senior competition team with her boyfriend Bennet but the producers of dance moms wanted more drama so they had abby move 15 year old Cleo to the junior elite competition team (this story takes place in season 4)
