Loki of Asgard, having eluded the Avengers and his brother, Thor, once again, decides that perhaps the key to accomplishing his "glorious purpose" would be to reconnect with his roots. Thus, with the Tesseract, which fell into his hands during the Avengers' little "time heist", he returns to his birthplace of Jotunheim, where truths have remained hidden under the snow and ice, and where his soul-searching escapade leads to some intriguing findings.
