Just Not's journey abruptly halts after an encounter with a certain mineral. The team find themselves in an era of Goiky most of them have only seen through the lens of fantasy games. This fic was inspired by some silly drawings I made on Tumblr of Book and Price Tag as scribes (people who made copies of books before the printing press). Since the whole team is basically a DND party, I sometimes imagined how they would react if they were sent to the Middle Ages and the idea bounced around my head for roughly a year. (I'm still debating whether to add magic or make the setting as realistic as possible!) Content warnings: TBD
