Also modifying her character development so she doesn't get to the point of being angry all the time. Though she'll still get easily ticked off... And in relation to the ES world, this 'world building' of mine will alter some** of the lore and how the core altercations like the 'reformations' and 'berserker virus' works. The son of a world-famous musician roams the land after abandoning his ruined home, aspiring to carry on the dreams of his family. With a bag over his shoulder and guitar in his back, Tempest, a young Jolteon, begins to travel the world, stumbling across pokemon that he'll come to call friends along his journey. One in particular, a shy, quiet Vaporeon, with a similar past, latched onto him, and the two began to grow close, slowly uncovering each other's secrets and breaking each other out of their reclusive shells. Will the brutality of the real world tear them apart, or will their relationship be able to flourish, rising above the harshness of the reality? This is a story written after being inspired by many others. With no intention to copy from other stories, this intricate world has been created for a sweet, adventure-filled, action-packed story, with a touch of romance, exploring the difficulties of life on the run and touching on a multitude of themes. Pokémon walk and move as they normally would, with the exception of some quadrupeds preferring to move as bipedal. The cover art is done by myself! It's not great, but I wanted to at least do something cute and original for my story! Last but not least, interactions are greatly appreciated. Echo Cereus, an Umbreon with a case of selective mutism, is shipped off to the Kalos Kingdom with his estranged brother, Tanuki Cereus, a Flareon with a chronic case of clumsiness. Objective? Study the artifact known as the Evolutionite under the tutelage of the kingdom's rulers. For the socially adverse Echo, the situation looked bleak. Things only go from bleak to dire as he is sent to a small town and has to interact with Pokémon he isn't too fond of. However, things are never what they seem. There is more to Kalos than what meets the eye. Beneath the pristine surface of the region and the kingdom lie various concerns bubbling to the surface. Discrimination, harmful stereotypes, and dangerous Pokémon become quite noticeable over time. With the Civilian Pokémon winning the war, they captured most of the outsiders and brainwashed them to become their slaves.
