Your throat was burning with thirst. You bit your lip, and Jack noticed. "You're thirsty, aren't you?" He asked. Shame washed over you. You should be more than your need for blood, and base instinct. "Stop that. I hate it when you do that." You looked up at Jack, taken aback. "Stop what?" You asked, confusion clouding your brain. "Stop being ashamed of yourself. Stop trying to reach unrealistic goals no one set for you. Just because you need blood to survive does not mean that defines who you are."
