"Not a typical High School romance because life isn't cliché." Trisha was a fifteen year old, studious girl but this didn't make her a sincere one. She had real social issues, it was difficult for her to even begin a conversation, this didn't mean that she didn't want to talk to anyone, she just couldn't. Surrounded by acquaintances, she had no real friends. Her crush, Jai, didn't even know that she existed! Trisha's life is surely going to turn around in a single year. By the end of it, she'll have friends, people who she can trust, confidence, love, an understanding of the world. But most importantly, she'll realise that you don't need to be popular to be happy. A low profile at high school is much like it. This wouldn't have been possible without a journey worth sharing and worth knowing, the journey of Trisha. Because, we don't just change unharmed. We have to get hurt before we can repair ourselves, and that's how we get better. Higest Ranking #164 in Teen Fiction (May 24th, 2018)

The story is complete. If you are searching for something which is not just romance, but emotions and a lot of drama, this is the right book for you. I'm attempting to write something unconventional, exploring not just the love life of these characters, but their history, their family and their bond together. ***** He took a seat by the kitchen counter. With the cream coloured shirt on, he looked so much like, like he belonged here. Like, he was all, mine. I could stand by the kitchen counter and stare at him forever. How cute and innocent he looks. How can I not be selfish when it comes to such a lovely balloon of happiness. How can I let him go for Tara? I can't. I simply can't. I served the dinner on two plates and we sat down eating. Every now and then, I kept looking at Abhaas. He's as much a friend to Tara as he's to me, maybe a little more than a friend to me but he's also a friend who wishes to help her. I'm being the low, loathsome nasty human being that is keeping him all to myself while he can go out to help her. How selfish am I? He's this precious jewel that I'm keeping captive. He's the golden bird in the cage of my friendship. I have no right to take away his right to fly. He should go out, see more trees, play with more flowers, maybe soar high in the sky to reach the stars, his star, his Tara. Sunshine is something he doesn't need, he doesn't need Ahana. He needs, night... darkness. Darkness that illuminates numerous stars that are awaiting his presence. A faint voice fell on my ears as Abhaas side hugged me. It's late, he's going back home. He left the house, the house of first ray of sunshine, to welcome the night, the darkness, the absence of sunlight. Do read my book Forever: The cream sweater

Tarini Jaykar was meant to be a bridesmaid, not the bride. Thrown into a marriage she didn't even see coming, she brings chaos, sarcasm, sharp eyes, and a mouth that forgets to behave. She's angry, defensive, and painfully aware of the man she now shares a home with. Carved out of duty and discipline, Dhruv Agnihotri is all restraint and quiet heat; a complete contrast to her. The kind of man she vowed not get involved with. Wanting him feels like betrayal, rebellion and trouble she definitely shouldn't crave this much. Dhruv Agnihotri lives by order, logic and duty. In his world, there is no place for emotions and fragility. Certainly not for selfishness. Until Tarini Jaykar storms into his house and wrecks the carefully crafted balance of his life. She is emotional, loud, spontaneous and inconveniently attractive. What was meant to be a dutiful and distant marriage turns tense, intimate and dangerously charged. He shouldn't react to her. He shouldn't feel vulnerable. He definitely shouldn't want her like this. But restraint cracks fastest when temptation sleeps just a few feet away.
