- PREQUEL TO "STUCK IN THE MIDDLE" - Antisepticeye: Demon of Jacksepticeye. Cocky. Bit of a jerk, actually, but he can't help himself. Well, won't help himself. Prankster, and a bit of a drunk. Best friend of Darkiplier. Darkiplier: Demon of Markiplier. Calm, until someone riles him. Quiet, but not shy. Deadly when needed, and loves the gore that killing brings him. Best friend of Antisepticeye. Also keeps him in check. This is the story of went wrong, how they were the closest things demons got to being friends, and how HE got in the way, all up until YOU came. This will probably be a shorter story than "Stuck in the Middle" since it's just the backstory. I also hope I emphasize the friendship with Dark and Anti before HE (*wink wink*) got in the way. *NOTE: This will have spoilers for "Stuck In the Middle". If you have not read it, I suggest you do first if you want to know the whole story without spoilers. If you're not interested in the main story, read on!*

In a universe where Demons rule the earth and humans are their slaves, a small village girl somehow gets the attention of the king of the world....

One fateful night, you decide to go out with your friend for a little party, as is how all adventures start. Almost immediately, you are thrust into a situation that you never thought possible; a war between two demons: Darkiplier and Antisepticeye. As the fight between former friends becomes more and more heated, you must choose a side. You are (somehow) the key to ending it, but you don't know which demon is good and which one is using you. Blood will be spilt, treachery is ensured, death is on the horizon, and it could be all your fault. This is my first story, so you will see major plot holes, to be honest with you. It also starts off a bit slow and cliché, but it will get better after five or so chapters (I hope), so I hope you enjoy! Although it says "X Reader", it is not a love story, so I apologize for those of you who were looking for a good romance story. This is not one of them.

Like any other teenager, I wanted a damn break from school. Well, a murder on campus gave me that break. Sadly (for me, mostly) the murder had to do with my new... "friend": a homicidal, obsessive, cunning, and possessive stalker with an irritating sense of humor. How did I stumble onto the stalker of all stalkers? no. damn. clue. What I do know is that they text me obsessively, kill people around me, and threaten my friends and family if I throw away my phone or tell the cops. Well, they cover the categories of insane, murderous, and annoying, so I'm already screwed. But that doesn't mean I'm going down without a fight.
