When in their human form, they can either keep their animal features scaled up to fit them, or they can shift them to be the same size as when they're in their full animal form. (basically they can make the animal parts smaller/larger than when in the partial-human form) America is an exception to the national animals rule, and is a random bird species native to the North American continent. ~+*+~+*+~+*+~+*+~+*+~ For those who read the original, get ready because there's been some changes! Important: -USA's entire character has been reworked (Also he's called Sam now) -America isn't a deer anymore.
