Patrol Squadron: RescueRisers is a Filipino American tokusatsu-inspired web-comic series created by Nigel De Jesus (with some help from Reyn Robinson) & published by Thunderbruin Comics. This is the first of De Jesus's Riser Squadron series. The series is geared towards a more mature audience. PLOT: In Metro Republika City, an army of natural disaster-themed aliens known as Disastrophe are polluting the Earth. In response to this threat, the government put together a team of professionals. the team includes Jazmine Corporal, a Filipino-American firefighter struggling with memory loss; Abd al-Rahman Bryce, a police officer of mixed Cameroonian heritage; Hayley Hambleton, an American nurse; Jackson Sugiura, a Japanese-American construction worker; & Ebenezer Miranda, a Filipino-American veteran pilot. Solar Warrior: VulcanKaiser is a Filipino-American tokusatsu-inspired web-comic series created by Nigel De Jesus (with some help from Reyn Robinson) & published by Thunderbruin Comics. This is the first of De Jesus's Kaiser Warriors series. Like RoadTech: Tactical Combat Vehicles & the sister series Patrol Squadron: RescueRisers (the first of the Riser Squadron series), the series is geared towards more mature audiences. PLOT: Lian Gomez is a young man who used to have a tendency to get reckless with his life. However, after a car accident resulted in him losing an arm, Lian has been struggling to get his life back on track. But fate has other plans for Lian... One day, he stumbles upon a strange device in a dark alley. He is soon greeted by a mysterious being named Solosar, who explains to Lian about a race of ancient creatures called the Jyamajin, who have returned seeking vengeance. Using the device he found, Lian is able to transform into a solar-powered warrior named VulcanKaiser, & now he must fight the Jyamajin, as well as to overcome his own inner demons, in order to look forward to a brighter future. PLOT: In the distant future, in Metro Republika City, an infamous mad scientist named Doctor Hacker leads a terrorist organization known as DeathTech with the intent of taking over the world. Meanwhile, Karl Bautista, a former scientist of the NSSA (National Space Science Agency), forms a counter-terrorist organization he calls RoadTech. With help from fellow scientist Dr. Janet Jones, Bautista & his team of recruits roam down rough terrain in powerfully armored & weaponized vehicles to stop Doctor Hacker's plans. Funky City Magical Girls is a Filipino-American tokusatsu-inspired web-comic series created by Nigel De Jesus (with some help from Reyn Robinson) & published by Thunderbruin Comics. Unlike most of the other web-comics made by De Jesus (and Ultra Hero Action Angel and its sequel series, Neo Ultra Hero Action Angel) the series is geared towards younger female audiences. PLOT: In the city of Erinsborough (which is often referred to as "Funky City" due to its unusual mix of modern & traditional architecture as well as strange stuff that goes on there), Aishah Sanchez is an 11-year-old girl of Filipino & Sudanese descent who had just started middle school. One day, she discovers that she possesses magical powers, as well as some of her friends & several other girls from her old elementary school. Just before she even realizes what is going on, Aishah finds herself in a battle against a mysterious enemy. Funky City Magical Girls belongs to Me
