It just made it that much easier to keep hidden the secret residing under his sleeves. Will Solace is a down-to-Earth healer with a lot more darkness than he lets on. He's determined to help anyone he can who needs it. This includes the dense (yet admittedly cute) son of Hades, who might even be more stubborn than Will. After a nail-biting battle against the Earth Mother herself, these boys find themselves in the infirmary together for a promised three days. While they're certainly different at first glance, soon enough, they find themselves more similar than believable. As their relationship blossoms into something more, Nico gets a premonition of something coming, worthy of breaking the two apart. Will they be able to fight their apparent fate? Everything changes one day on his sixteenth birthday, that's usually how romance stories or not well thought out stories start...right? After a wild party on the last day of Junior year, Will Solace may have...accidentally...got way caught up in the alcohol. He may even had hooked up with someone who, in a million years, he would never hook up with. Especially when it risked revealing his sexuality he had been repressing for years. Although, he doesn't entirely remember it, and neither does Nico di Angelo-the annoying know-it-all who always seemed to be more focused on studying than partying. In fact, he didn't even want to go to the party, he was dragged to the place by his step-sister, and he's never been more annoyed by a jock than he has with Will. Plus, he's in love with the hopelessly beautiful Percy Jackson. The two would definitely prefer to go their separate ways-except for the fact that they both ended up at the same summer internship fighting for the same position. This was gonna be one hell of a summer.

Nico desperately wants to run away because he refuses to let the adorable bright ball of sunshine be tainted by his darkness What happens when Will realises that behind Nico's harsh darkness there's a soft boy who can be happy and funny? And what happens when Nico realises Will may be a sunshine but even the Sun can't always be bright and happy? Oh and not to mention the growing crush the boys have on each other. Nico Di Angelo's school is taking the whole junior year on a trip to Greece. Following the no gender mingling school policy, Nico groups with his best buds Percy Jackson and Jason Grace. All is well and good before Will Solace joins their bubble. Nico gets a strange, tingly, ticklish feeling in his stomach when he's around Will. It doesn't help when they have to pair off to explore the Parthenon and Percy and Jason take off, leaving Nico alone with Will. It also doesn't help when the two boys decide to share a bed at the hotels.
