George suffers from epilepsy which causes him to be bullied for that at school. After being humiliated in front of the whole school for being gay, the popular boy named Clay decides to stand up for him. Clay, suffering from diabetes with abusive and not supportive parents, does everything to help George get rid of the bullies while struggling a lot himself. The two start getting closer and closer until Clay starts realising he's more similar to George than he expected to be, wanting to be closer to him every day. After George is kicked out from his home for being transgender, he looses hope in ever finding someone that would accept him for who he really is. George's only option was to move in with his homophobic grandparents and he only wishes to be called a boy however that apparently was too much to ask. In a last attempt to find happiness he attends a music class as he enjoys singing. He meets a boy, Clay, however will Clay be just like the others? While George is live streaming, he accidentally outs himself in front of his whole stream. His life seems to be collapsing as his mother figures out the same thing as all his viewers did. George talks to his best friend, Dream, and decides to hopelessly ask to meet up with his "unknowing" best friend after his mother doesn't seem to want him in her house any longer. Dream, however, was watching George's stream as he outed himself and decides to not bring any of it up, realising George hides more and more from him. At the same time he starts feeling things he never felt before, making everything even more confusing that it already was. TW's: -Homophobia (F-slur) -Disordered eating -Abuse

Clay had been closeted all his life and planned for it to remain that way. But, with having homophobic parents it was seemingly impossible to ever find the happiness he longed for. After being outed to the only people he now disliked the most, his parents react worse than expected and Clay falls into a pit of loneliness when he gets sent to conversion therapy to "turn him straight again". George had homophobic parents too and goes through the same. When times are at its worst somehow these two meet each other and now they are isolated from reality in the therapy school. George has never had an easy life when he got the diagnosis: Tourette's Syndrome. Everywhere he goes, he appears to be the target of bullying which goes as far as physical abuse. To calm down, he decides to go to the gym to exercise his sorrows away. He meets a boy there who appears to be in the gym every day, getting thinner every time George sees him. The boy, Clay, is suffering from two less known eating disorders. Clean eating, pure foods, no sugar and obsessive exercising is controlling his life only to escape from his arguing parents day in day out. George has one worry. Will Clay accept him the way he is? George struggles with an eating disorder and seeks help on the wrong sites, meeting a coach who is "eighteen" years old. George trusts him and ends up sending him pictures of himself without anything on, not realising the terrible effects of this. His escape is to game as well, meeting an emotionless person who appears to have a soft spot for him. Will they be able to help each other? Clay isn't able to go to school after he gets diagnosed with gastroparesis, a partial paralysis of the stomach. The daily usage of liquid food through his nose tube, extreme stomach pains and frequent throwing up are now the main topics of his life which drives him to absolute madness... After George gets kicked out from his home, he needs to live on the streets and survive on his own as an underaged boy. He starts using his money in the wrong way and eventually runs out, seeking a job as a babysitter in a family with a very sick boy. Clay does anything to enjoy life as a normal teen and acts like the funny guy who constantly jokes about his sexuality and uses a lot of pick-up lines which makes everyone laugh. Unfortunately that's often a mask to hide is own pain... Warnings: -Underaged usage cigarettes (smoking addiction) -Throwing up (skippable) -Bullying/ableism -Self harm

Clay was born too early which makes him struggle a lot. His daily battle with multiple disabilities doesn't make his life easy and after also being bullied, even by his own brother, he shuts down around almost everyone and develops selective mutism. Instead of talking, he starts writing to the person he wants to become friends with. George who struggles with ADHD and a mood disorder suddenly receives notes in his locker each day from an unknown person. The notes cheer him up each time and at the same time he starts becoming closer to the quiet and shy Clay. When George also becomes friends with Clay's brother, he has to choose between either him, who hates Clay, or choose for the sweet Clay. But does he fall for the manipulative behaviour of Clay's brother or does he stay loyal to Clay? After countless of arguments with his father, leading to domestic violence and physical abuse, self harm seems Clay's way to escape from his traumas. But because of his quiet and mysterious personality, his classmates like him as much as Clay likes himself, basically not at all...
