(well some of it) he's at a school called Union Academy full of the upcoming heroes that he know they just want attention, money and do what the hell they want... definitely not true hero material like that made Bill and his friends at Union sick and tired of them... but then one day Bill was then nearly gotten kill by some of the bullies at Union that when they thought he's dead they tossed him at the ocean that leads him towards near a mansion that he meets his Childhood best friend crush Tessa Elliot. she was around his age and let's say she was shocked of what happened to Bill that she took him inside the Mansion and used some special metal liquid that can fix Bill's broken injured body... and it works perfectly that he's not human but a Cyborg that wants to make a perfect world and wipe the floor with the fake heroes or the people that are in Union... and let's say Union is now truly f--ked!
