Buck is a firefighter for about a year now and when a new firefighter Tyler Kennedy Strand mostly go by TK arrived at the 118. Will they be friends? Enemies? or Lovers? In case some are not informed this is an alternate universe on which buck isn't paired with eddie or Tk pairedwith Carlos. I kinda want to make a fanfiction about these two because they have something but buddie and tarlos is still one of a kind. Evan Buckley moves to LA and becomes a firefighter for LAFD, station 118. While at work, he meets new coworker Eddie Diaz and is immediately attracted to him, causing Buckley too act jealous and cold towards Eddie. Eddie however, takes a liking to Evan and wants to become friends, and eventually even more. only issue is, neither of them want anyone to know about their little 'secret', so the question is, how long can they keep it a secret for?

Buck wanted to go home. He wanted nothing more than to be back with his family and to go home. Things had been rough this last year though, first his leg got crushed, he had a pulmonary embolism, he was told he couldn't come back to work, and then there was a tsunami. Even with now being allowed back at work after making the mistake of filing a lawsuit, things were still a bit strained. His family and home still felt like they were an arm's length out of reach. Then, things get even worse somehow when he and the rest of the team get sent to see Dr. Wells after a particularly rough call.

He gestured to the envelope in a 'go on' fashion, and that seemed to break Eddie out of whatever stupor he was in. With one last confused and concerned look at him Eddie reached down and scooped up the envelope taking out the papers and reading through their contents. "I don't understand." Eddie said after seemingly having read through the papers at least three times. "C'mon Eds," Buck huffed out a mirthless chuckle, "I know that you know what a deployment issue looks like."
