Diluc leaves everything behind only coming back four years later with a new resolve, and to finally face Kaeya who had been waiting for his return. Or a fic wherein it's set in a universe where Diluc never got the childhood he deserves but on the other hand, Kaeya got the childhood he didn't think he could have.
