If you want a take on what happened after the last book of the Lockwood & Co series, then this story is for you. It starts off straight of the bat of The Empty Grave (Lockwood and Lucy's evening walk) Major Locklye fluff!!! It's dual POV btw so you get both Lucy and Lockwoods thoughts!!!

Lockwood and Co. are always and forever the mystery solver. Every unsolved murder, unrealistic suicide, or robbery turned bad that leaves a ghost craving revenge is given to this company. This is one of their most... interesting cases. After a quickly solved case, the company decides to stop at a heavily protected 24-hour coffee shop. But, this is Lockwood and Co. There is no such thing as quickly, or easy. But, something good may come out of this ordeal. PSA; the first chapters are kind of difficult to get through, but I swear, the chapters eventually get longer and more grammatically correct.

To not get any unwanted attention in her hometown, Lucy and Lockwood agree to take a closer look disguised as a couple while George is busy researching. But when the haunting turns out to run much deeper and wilder than any of them thought, and other players enter the game, one question arises: Will Lockwood & Co. also make it out of this case unscathed?
