There are so many freaking characters available, that they'll all be listed in a story part because there are just WAY too many characters for a book description.

So many heartbreaks. How many heartbreaks can one man take? It hadn't been many, but Quackity lost count quickly. Could he have another chance at love? But with who? After so many years of feeling dead, inside, and outside, he forgot how it felt to be truly happy. To be alive. To love. He completely forgot, after decades of limbo, he forgot how to truly live. Perhaps someone out there could make him feel himself again. All of this is written in a timeline that is close to the canon timeline that we are shown, but it is not exactly the same as you will read later on. This is all characters, even if Quackity's real name is used a few times, this is NOT shipping the CC's. No smut (SURPRISING FOR MY USUAL READERS!), just fluff, and angst. After uploading all of this from my notebook, I now realize how short this story really was and that the chapters are below 1,000 words, which is different for me considering I'm a pretty detailed writer... regardless, this one is for all of the readers who like shorter stories with a smaller amount of parts!

This is the story of two strangers. One, an incubus, the other, nothing but a simple human. Upon their first meeting, they struck a deal, it was only supposed to be one time, but blinded by love, the incubus found himself coming back each time. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ YES, THAT IS RIGHT, FOLKS! YOU HEARD IT HERE FIRST! THIS IS MY NEXT QUACKBUR PROJECT!!! This will have a very simple plot and not big of a climax, so do expect plot holes and inconsistencies, because, to be honest, I just had an idea and thought "This is too long for a oneshot, so let's just make it a half-assed story!", so here it is! I just want to get extra practice for writing and I genuinely want to improve writing certain topics and experiment with new ideas, I also think I got the original concept from a friend and later, thought of a small plotline, which is why we're here now! But nothing's truly perfect, and over the years his family broke apart along with his sanity. By the time he was 27, he had lost all hope in the world, nearly blowing up a motel and himself. Before he could, he broke down and was sent to a mental institution nicknamed Limbo. . . . Alex never knew his birth family, he was too young to remember them. When he was 3 he was placed into a foster system where 4 years later he was adopted by his foster fathers, Sam and Ponk. They already had a son, George, and Alex loved him, they got along really well (at least that's what Quackity thought) When he started High school he fell madly in love with an older boy, Johnathan, although he preferred Schlatt. The two dated for a few years, Alex growing more and more aware of who he was dating, he ended up leaving the man and 3 years later taking in his son after Schlatt died of a heart attack. . . . On Wilbur's 13th year in the institution, he was sure he would just be stuck in this Limbo, left to wait until he finally died, no one could help him and it seemed that no one wanted to help him.
