The Power Concept.

A young girl losses her mother, aunt and brother by an unknown person. She later finds out that she can reach peak human abilities due to a genetic disorder passed down in her family. She is then helped by some private investigators to catch whoever did it but the one behind is someone she couldn't possibly expect.
