He found his black and white world became a colorful landscape. Smiles adorned his once tightly sealed lips. And the emptiness was replaced with joy. He came to appreciate the sunny mornings in winter and a cold iced tea in summer. The moment when he stopped letting the world to change him, the world changed into a better one for him.

Team 7 work together as priority one instead of seeing the others as a burden. Kakashi Hatake keeps on training after the deaths of his teammates instead of feeling guilty. The village see team 7 as a weapon, their friends wonder if they ever really knew them and team 7 sees themselves as their own small clan. The Fourth Hokage's body was never found, but they never suspected that was because he hadn't died. Minato Namikaze wakes up six years after the devastating Kyuubi attack, alone in an overgrown clearing with not a scratch on him. Disoriented and confused, he does exactly what any father would do in this situation. He fights through the pain, gets up, and goes to find his son. He trudges through the pounding in his head and forces himself to move-- to go and find him, because that masked man was still out there, and Minato is willing to do anything to protect his little ball of sunshine.
