Before the letters at number four, Privet Drive, start to appear on the doormat, twin brothers Harry and Y/N Potter have never even heard of Hogwarts. Written in green ink on yellow-coloured paper and sealed with a purple seal, their gruesome aunt and uncle quickly seize them. Then, on the eleventh birthday of Harry and Y/N, a huge, beetle-eyed man named Rubeus Hagrid appears out of nowhere and announces the startling news that Harry and Y/N Potter are wizards and have places at Hogwarts School Of Witchcraft And Wizardry. Y/N grew up mostly in a children's home. When he was seven, he ran away. Y/N isn't a particularly emotional child. Some may think he bottles his feelings (other kids would call him a robot), which may be true on occasion, but for the most part they just aren't particularly strong emotions. And it's because of that, he puts on a front for when he's around others. Pretending to be like them. Pretending to smile or to laugh. A few years later, he's found on the streets of Whitechapel, and it's from there his life changes. Is it for the better or for the worse? In one area it's one, in others in the other.. But in many, it is in fact both. But we start where all stories do, and that is at the beginning. The year is 1991 and Y/N L/N is set to start his first year at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. And alongside him is: The Boy Who Lived- Harry Potter. The Youngest Boy of The Weasley Family- Ron Weasley. And The Brightest Witch of her Age- Hermione Granger. What situations will he stumble upon despite only being in his first year? Who is Nicholas Flamel? Or Voldemort, for that matter? What if the act he puts on becomes slightly less of an act? And why in hells name does this school have a giant three-headed dog inside?!
