June spent two years of her life in prison for her father, her mother was killed by the CIA and her father is still on the run. When June is moved to Boston to start a new life with a family she's never known it takes a lot of adjusting.

He pointed it at my heart. "Stop, please." "Begging for your sanity, how human of you." He touched the spear to my chest and I could feel cold seeping through me. Then calmly I returned my gun to its holster and went to my room as if it was the only thing I could do. After Isabella is taken from her foster parents by the infamous Loki seventeen years after the first war in New York she is used by him as his personal slave to take down the Avengers.

Just my favourite scene from the entire Avengers movie. I wanted to preserve it, to treasure it, to read it to inspire my horrors.
