After an unfortunate battle accident , Kaiser descends into his predicament: he doesn't remember anything. In order to regain his memories, Kaiser goes on a journey to retrace the steps of his former life together with his companions. Among these, one peculiar youth joins the journey despite the Hero's dismay, insisting he was one of the Hero's friends before the accident. Although Kaiser doesn't recall him at all nor does he find proof of this claim, he develops a strong feeling for this youth-one he himself can't understand.
