Some mysterious stranger steals Hermione's Time Turner, and travels way back to the sorting ceremony, when eleven year old Harry Potter is getting sorted. This person is able to change history, making it so The Boy Who Lived is not in Gryffindor, but in Slytherin. Fast forward to the present, where everyone in Harry's year has been called back to Hogwarts for year 8. Harry is the only one who hasn't been affected by the Time Turner. This story does not match up with the Harry Potter storyline so my apologies. It is after the war when the students return back to Hogwarts. Draco Malfoy was forced as a part of his probation from Azkaban. But, he is different now. He is quiet and does not talk to anybody other than Neville, Luna, and Blaise. He is also, always wearing long clothing and never talks to anyone. What happened that made Draco change so much and why is he friends with Neville and Luna now? Harry become friends with him and maybe even closer.

Moaning Myrtle tells Harry about a boy coming to the girls bathroom to cry, but his attention is really captured when he is told that the boy is Draco Malfoy. Harry must question his own motives, wants and needs as he is led into epic battles and perilous emotions with the Slytherin boy. For people who want angst, Harry Potter being a little more emo, and a kind-of slowburn drarry with a fight scene here and there as a curve ball (please read trigger warning list at beginning of chapter 1)
