This is my first Greenflame fanfic, so please be nice. Summary- Kai has been keeping a deadly secret from the ninjas, as well as his secret crush Lloyd. What happens when the ninjas and Lloyd discover his dark secret?, read to find out. (Fanfic is set in both Kai and Lloyd's POV. )

Kai is not entirely human, in fact he is half dragon. His kind has the ability to fully shape shift into human which is why it's not common to find such creatures. Kai had a family and a baby sister aka Nya. Ray and Maya were their parents and would always be together no matter what. But one day that all changed as their kind was so magical and powerful people wanted to hunt them for their own advantage. Ray and Maya had no choice but to separate from their kids and hide them. When in hiding not only Kai was separated from his parents but he also lost his little sister. He is the last of his kind left! Years passed and he's now 16 he was living with one who knows about his kind and had promised to take care of him. Kai has been friends with Lloyd, Jay, Zane, and Cole since he was found. His friends don't know about his dragon half therefore he tries to tell them including the boy he loves. Things get worse as Kai was about to tell his secret and his feelings to Lloyd a dragon captures him! Kai is determined to save his true love no matter what cost! Even if it costs his life! The ninja embark on a journey to save their friend before it's too late, there will be old foe's and new dangers with friends along the way. Will Kai save Lloyd? Will he reveal the secret to his friends? Will he tell Lloyd how much he loves him? Will Kai feel good for being who he is?
