This fanfic is set a few years after episode 8, with a small twist; Human kind was not entirely wiped out. A single one arrived 16 years ago, in a landing pod. If it wasn't for the Drone Colony to take him in, he would've died in the cold, toxic air. Instead, Khan Doorman decided to shelter the human, integrating him into the community. Worker Drones are sentient robots created by a company called JcJenson with the purpose of revolutionizing multiple work fields. Let it be mining, transporting, or other types of services, these drones could (probably) do it. This was great for humans! A nine to five would quickly become a ten to four, while keeping, if not even increasing the pay. Yes, they were abused, but who would complain about it if it's just so goddamn profitable?! No one. No one would willingly go back to their nine to five. Only a small minority would speak out against it, seeing the worker drones as more than just objects to be used. If only everyone knew that humanity's behavior would also become its downfall... And then there is Y/N. A normal human, living in Germany. His strength is "computer stuff", as people call it, by which they mean coding. He also has other specialty's, like being lazy, the ability to have an excuse for (almost) everything, and staying undetected and blending into a crowd to a certain degree. Little does he know his life will quickly change because of a quirky australian girl and a group of silly drones. (Murder Drones is a YouTube series made by Liam Vickers and Glitch productions. Uzi is a normal angsty little drone and friends with things that want to murder her. Supposedly. N starts to take an abnormal liking for Uzi, a little too much. While Uzi isn't sure what to think of the scenarios playing in her head. What if she's just as tainted as well? A/N: The solver will still be in here most likely but it's not going to be the big main plot line the story follows, essentially its side-lined and isn't mentioned in here at all. Worker Drones work for humans on an "exo-planet", particularly being property of JCJenson (IN SPAAAAACE!). However, when the humans accidentally render themselves extinct after blowing up the planet's core, it sends the planet into a winter-like apocalypse. The Worker Drones began to gain sentience and settle on the planet in the human's stead, though this causes JCJenson to send "Murder Drones", officially known as "Disassembly Drones," to kill all Worker Drones. As the Murder Drones begin to build a literal tower of corpses, the remaining Worker Drones hide underneath the ice and behind blast doors built by Uzi's father, Khan. In the present, Uzi harbors dreams of saving the planet and gaining her father's respect by killing the Murder Drones, thus allowing the Worker Drones to live in peace. However, in this particular scenario, she'll meet a quite interesting and special drone in her scouting for materials for her sick-as-hell Railgun.
