Tweek is known by every student in the school as 'The Blond Bully'. The meanest and the toughest guy in South Park High, and if you fuck with him, he will beat you up and he will flip you off. Not to just students, he sometimes flip off others such as teachers, and objects. But, he's not like this every time. Sometimes he cares and have kindness to some, such as Clyde, Token and Jimmy. Some he cares, but not really. But, what will happen when there is a new student arrive at South Park High? And to add to the list, this kid is a twitchy kid that always scared of everything? Will Tweek starts to bully him? or be friends with him? or more than 'friends'? ~~~~ There will be swearing, self harm and bullying in this story.
