Not only has Roy just met Serah a girl from a mental institution who looks similar to Milla but Ruby has put a plan in place so she can forget everything. Including Oliver. What will Oliver do when he needs Felicity most?  Will he risk her getting the fate he saw or will he suffer alone?

A serious of mysterious kidnappings leads Oliver to a mysterious woman named Milla. She tells him that he will have a big decision to make, One that will affect the future of his city. Shortly after on a late night in the arrow hideout a strange portal appears and before they can study it Team arrow are pulled in and come face to face with a nineteen year old girl with a hood and a bow. "Who are you? And what are you doing in my city!?" The Arrow team have been projected Twenty-five years into the future and their city is in ruin. A dark mob of crime plagues it and this mysterious girl is the last person who is keeping the city standing. She lives in the ruins of the Queen Manor and seems to be the only person keeping the team alive.
