Marriage did not break Aeries. It eroded her slowly. Five years ago, she married Mateo out of obligation after one reckless night left her pregnant with twins. What began as duty became routine, and routine became survival. Mateo provided everything a woman was supposed to want: a beautiful home, financial security, a complete family. Except fidelity. Aeries spent years swallowing lipstick stains, unfamiliar perfume, late-night excuses, and the humiliation of being loved only when Mateo feared losing her. Every betrayal ended the same way-flowers, vacations, apologies whispered against her skin, and promises that never lasted long enough to matter. Until one day, she stopped crying. And that terrified Mateo more than her tears ever did. As Aeries grows colder and more distant, an old childhood friend returns and reminds her of the woman she used to be before marriage reduced her to merely surviving. For the first time in years, she begins to wonder if love is supposed to feel this lonely. But when she finally leaves, Mateo realizes too late that the wife he took for granted was the only person who ever truly loved him. Now, after destroying the woman who stayed through everything, Mateo is left with a painful truth: Sometimes love does not die all at once. Sometimes it disappears quietly. And sometimes, the cruelest thing in the world is realizing someone stopped loving you long before they walked away. (The plots of my stories are originally mine, but I had help with AI in writing the prose. This is just experimental and for fun. I have another account where I actually do it traditionally)

Five years ago, Marco lost the woman he thought he would spend the rest of his life with. A week after being forced apart by her family, Camille married another man abroad-leaving Marco drowning in heartbreak, bitterness, and anger. In one reckless night, he found comfort in Ashley, the complete opposite of the woman he lost: loud where Camille was reserved, warm where Camille was distant, alive in ways that made him forget his pain for just a moment. The next morning, still shattered and drunk on grief, Marco asked Ashley to marry him. She said yes, well, eventually. What began as a marriage built from spite slowly became a life. A home. A family. Ashley gave him a son, gave up her career, and loved him with a devotion so quiet that Marco mistook it for permanence. But even after five years of marriage, part of him remained trapped in the past-haunted by the woman he never truly let go. Then Camille returns. Old feelings resurface. One mistake turns into an affair, and the fragile foundation of Marco and Ashley's marriage begins to collapse. When the truth finally comes out, Marco is forced to confront the cruelest realization of all: the woman he loved first was not the woman he could not bear to lose. Now, with his wife turning colder by the day and another man slowly stepping into the spaces he once took for granted, Marco must fight for the family he nearly destroyed-or risk losing Ashley forever. Because sometimes, love does not arrive at the beginning. Sometimes, it comes years too late. (The plots of my stories are originally mine, but I had help with AI in writing the prose. This is one of the two stories I currently have available on the Hive Mind Creators on Patreon! For just $5 a month you get access to both my stories and also the stories of my five awesome co-authors! The Husband I Left will be available on Amazon and Kindle Unlimited this fall. When Oliver Sinclair walked into the restaurant where Genny worked, all she saw was a tall, dark, and charming man who swept her off her feet. One whirlwind romance and Vegas wedding later, Genny realizes she might have gotten in over her head. While she knew her new husband wasn't hurting for money, she hadn't quite realized the extent of his family fortune, or the obligations that came with it. Genny is determined to make the best of things, however, and throws herself into fitting into Oliver's world. Three years ago, Oliver Sinclair lost the love of his life. Blaming his father for driving her away, Oliver vows to get revenge by marrying the most unsuitable woman he can find and presenting her to his father as a fait de accompli. He never expected to like his new bride so much, however. Or for her to drive him mad with desire. But secrets don't stay buried forever. When the woman he thought he loved walks back into his life, Oliver is going to have to make a choice. And when he makes the wrong one, Oliver is going to discover that the sweet, eager to please woman he married has another side to her. Genny isn't just going to be content with leaving Oliver. Oliver now has to contend with a woman who is out for revenge.

This is the second of my Hive Mind exclusive stories. I just started it so it isn't as far along as the Husband I Left and probably won't be available on Amazon until late 2026. Two years ago, my life ended. Two years ago, Griffin Ashthorn, alpha of the Strang pack and my mate, looked me full in the face and had no memory of me. He could no longer feel our bond. He couldn't remember a single moment of our life together. I couldn't reach him. I couldn't stop him as he turned to another. I could only watch and feel as our bond was ripped to shreds inside me. I was cast out from my home and left for dead. Two years ago, Clara Lockwood died. On the edges of the human city, I built a new life from the ashes of the old. I found a new family. I built myself a new home. I thought I had left the past in the past. But now Griffin is here. He remembers everything. He says everything that happened wasn't what it seemed. He's begging for a chance to make things right. He's asking me for my love again. He wants us to bond again. He doesn't realize he's asking for something I no longer have to give.

In the Western Realm, money means power, power means control, influence, advantage. Even the gods favour The Elites - blessing them with the largest bond groups and the most powerful gifts. All it would take is one person. One single person from the lowers to be fated to someone powerful. Abrogation - That's what we need in the lowers. Before my people are wiped out entirely. If only it was that simple...
