For example, she can make a second turn into a minute for only her. While everyone and everything is frozen, she can move freely. After the minute is over, everything turns back to normal. There is a price for using her quirk: the amount of time that was sped up or slowed down will happen again later, although in the opposite way. Say, if she slowed down a second to become a minute, later in the day time will speed up and a minute becomes a second. Y/N cannot yet control when this happens, and she can't speed or slow too much of time a day (unless her quirk is out control).
