Rebecca Cross, a wartime journalist, gets sent out to rural Peru. Here, her security unit gets taken out almost on arrival, leaving her stranded at the local US Embassy. At the Embassy, she meets Task Force 141, led by John Price. TF141 agrees to replace her security unit, in exchange for her inside knowledge about the ongoing conflict in Peru. Additionally, all flights out of the area are cancelled, which leaves both parties stuck in the midst of civil war. With nowhere to go and nowhere to turn to, Rebecca accepts her dependence on the men of TF141, even if their Lieutenant 'Ghost' seems fully on board with leaving her to die.

Roughly centred around the Modern Warfare franchise, though not following specific storylines in the series. May borrow plot ideas from canon. Not really sure where this is going -we'll see.
