While she had Izuku's unborn baby sister inside of her so of course she couldn't handle doing the funeral herself without having an miscarriage. So she then asks her brother Shota Aizawa and his husband Hizashi Yamada to do it. A couple of months after the funeral and having her daughter Yuki, she meets All Might/Toshinori Yagi who was also was a single parent after his wife died during child birth, they then later get married.
