(Y/N)(L/N), or Star Boy by the Playtime Co employees, is a ten-year-old boy who is the new addition to the Playtime Co Toys. He doesn't remember anything from his past, other than his real name. The other toys at Playtime Co have started to treat him like one of their own, even the female toys have started to develop feelings for him. So, when the hour of joy comes, the toys will rise up and take revenge for the experiments and other things the employees at the factory did on them. So, after years of waiting in the factory, someone who worked at Playtime Co comes back to the factory and will help (Y/N) and his other friends escape the factory.

A retelling/reimagining of Poppy Playtime based on the events of the main video game (so far). The story follows a young adult man in his mid-to-late 20's by the name of Cameron Wallace, who interned at the Playtime Co. toy factory over a decade ago as a teenager due to his father, Patrick "PW" Wallace, working there as well. After the mysterious disappearance of the staff just days after he and his father left, Cameron receives a lead over a decade later that his former co-workers may still be alive but trapped within the factory. Following the clues left to him, Cameron returns to the abandoned Playtime Co. factory once more to see if he can solve the mystery of what happened on August 8th, 1995, as well as what was going on within the factory that led to his father's suicide years after their departure from Playtime. (This story, like the original game, may describe unsettling topics. Take caution while reading.)
