Nico e Lewis avevano esagerato, e lo sapevano pure loro. Entrambi comprendevano la rabbia di Toto; avevano fatto finire i loro litigi, le loro pressioni e le loro emozioni in pista. Toto non sopportava più il rapporto colmo di rancore che avevano i suoi due piloti. Entrambi erano forti in pista, ma il fatto di voler sempre dimostrare di essere l'uno migliore dell'altro li portava a fare cose estremamente stupide e pericolose, e tutto ciò penalizzava sia i singoli piloti che il team. Lewis e Nico non si guardavano praticamente neanche più negli occhi, non si parlavano, non stavano più assieme come una volta.
