The stockpiling of weapons, launching to space and other events that changed history. There was a secret, though, that the two personified nations did not even tell their bosses. This story takes place after Russia sold the state Alaska to America and they kind of had...a go at each other. Years later, Russia returns to America's household to learn that the american nation had his child. Will Ivan help Alfred take care of the child or will he just abadoned the poor kid?
