3rd Life and Empires Crossover. Grian and Martyn mysteriously appear in the wrong world, leading to a series of heartbreaking, catastrophic events that change everyone's lives forever.

This story starts right after chapter 15 of Double Hearted by Kitsuneisi on Tumblr. Cover art was also created by Kitsuneisi. After Grian is released from the hospital things aren't the same between Hotguy and Cuteguy. Hotguy trying to make up for his mistakes leads to an unexpected discovery that could change the lives of mutants everywhere, and changes his relationship with Grain and Cuteguy. They grow closer as the world around them changes. This is also my first fanfiction in 5-6 years I want to note that I am a physically disabled man myself and an ambulatory wheelchair, cane, and brace user, so a lot of what I write in this about experiencing disability is based on my own personal experiences. I, however, do not have a neuromuscular condition like Scar and this will definitely not be accurate to his real condition.

It's been two years since the Entity invaded Hermitcraft. The Hermits have moved on. Sure, the scars are still there, (especially Zedaph's) but they've faded! Season ten is here, and so are two new Hermits! They don't know of the horrors the Entity brought to Hermitcraft, only a bit of what their friends have told them. Joel is one of those new Hermits. He's had a great time! Started building a cyberpunk and Japanese themed base, right near all of his close friends. But, when the Being comes back even smarter, and stronger, old wounds reopen, and panic builds. And Joel's biggest secret might just be what can save them all. I hope you enjoy! A strange entity invaded Hermitcraft, it was so out of the blue, no one expected all this wrong. It was just a normal day!
