From your destiny, nothing. • • • With a complexion darker than the darkest nights and, a voice sweeter than honey, he was the most charming youth anyone had seen. Children and animals of all kinds were his frequent companions. His untamed curls would sway under the breeze, a smile on his lips as he spent his days under the sun, plucking fruits from trees, running around and playing his flute. But all was not happy as it seemed. His beloved, his Radha, had strayed far from him. She had turned her back on him, grieving with her broken heart all by herself. For her, he was just a frivolous flute player, a temporary guest in her house. For him, she was a part of him. Just like the many others, she, too, was precious for him. • • • Word count || 15,918 Cover: ReynaBennett Banner: Nakshatra012m • • • If you are reading this story on a platform other than Wattpad, kindly log off and scan your device for any possible viruses. In the wake of Kurukshetra's destruction, the Rajya of Dharma is established, yet shadows linger as the wheels of time turn toward the dawn of a new age-Kali Yuga. Evil, though vanquished, never truly fades. Dark schemes simmer beneath the surface, toppling empires and spreading chaos across the land. The balance of power shifts, and the rise of Kali looms inevitable. At the heart of this turbulent era is Rajakumara Vajra of Dwarka, heir to the legacy of the Yadavas and Pandavas. Raised on stories of righteousness prevailing over darkness, he is the pride of his family and the hope of his people. But as the world crumbles around him and evil grows bolder,it's time for Vajra to face his destiny. Will he have the strength to rise against the darkness, or will he fall to the growing tide of Kali? This novel is a spin-off from my trilogy - The PandavaNandini chronicles.

Hidden behind those red blindfolds, were curious eyes that once saw the world, soaked it's hue and carried dreams like every other girl. Gandhari, mother of 101 kids, sister of Shakuni but most importantly, she was yet another bird shackled by rules. We read about people who break rules and come out of their condition but this story is about a person who learns to accept her fate as she moves ahead in her journey of life, sometimes molding herself whilst other times finding leeway. •❅─────✧❅✦❅✧─────❅• "Gandhari, you have changed." My brother said in a heavy tone, his eyes carrying an unknown guilt. "Maybe because now I have been trained for every action I take." I mumbled out the truth. •❅─────✧❅✦❅✧─────❅• This book is fiction not everything is according to Mahabharata, please refrain from pointing that events are not matching. "No winter lasts forever, no spring skips its turn." Suthanu has always known who she is - the cherished only daughter of Yudhishthira, the embodiment of dharma, and Draupadi, whose fire reshaped an age. Growing up within the golden walls of Indraprastha, she is her family's joy, her people's light, and the living promise of everything the Pandavas fought to build. Then the Dice Game happens. And in a single, catastrophic throw, everything is gone. With her family shattered and Indraprastha lost, Suthanu refuses to let her parent's legacy crumble into dust. She will fight to protect what remains of her family and find a way to reclaim what was stolen - even if the path forward cuts straight through her grief. What she doesn't plan for is Bhanu. Son of Krishna, equal parts charming and guarded, he enters her fractured world carrying a quiet determination she wasn't expecting and a fate that seems impossibly tangled with hers. He could be her greatest ally - or the one complication dharma simply cannot afford. Because in a world where ancient evil stirs in the shadows and dharma is already asking everything of her, falling for the son of Krishna might be the one battle Suthanu isn't equipped to win. Can the daughter of the Pandavas restore a broken legacy - and is she willing to risk her heart to do it? A Mahabharata-inspired mythology retelling with royal romance, shattered kingdoms, and the eternal pull between duty and desire. © 2024 Akshayaa Mahesh

"Let's explore the world, man. First, we should go to the Himalayas," Ravi said as he was searching best spiritual places of India on his cell phone. "We're not going anywhere," Sid said sharply, his eyes narrowed in disbelief. "Isn't that what you want?" Ravi snapped, for him, Sid was such a killjoy. "The search for truth? That's how all yogis in the past began their journey. Off to the Himalayas for years, and boom, return like you're a God. Do you want peace or not?" Sid felt the question landed him on the horns of a dilemma. He did want to search the truth (the inner calling which he yearns to follow), but at the same time he knew it was impossible to cut off all his attachments. Hey, Mom! I'm going to the Himalayas, don't know when I will return. Life isn't this easy. A moment later, however, the reality hit him like a ball. It's true that most of the great spiritualists ended up in the Himalayas. ___________ Sid's life was ordinary like yours and mine, where you'd find no fantasy or fiction. But he was the possessor of extraordinary trait; he was looking for answers. Little did he know that we're living in a post-truth world. Some say it's an age where truth no longer matters. If you reason with people based on facts they'll explain away their beliefs by saying, "It's true to me and that's all that matters." Politicians spin the yarn of their agenda from time to time, media telecast news based on their political leanings. Social media has led us into an information war. Despite of above all harsh realities, Sid set himself off to find truth. A quest of self-discovery. How about you take this journey with Sid in which only love will reign supreme? It's just that you need to redefine the meaning of love.

Since ancient times, a woman's life has been likened to a river. She is born in one place, often unnamed, and flows forward-not by choice, but by circumstance. Along her path, she nourishes all she touches. She gives, but is rarely held. In the end, she reaches the ocean-not as a retreat, but as a return. For the ocean has always waited for her-quiet, vast, eternal. Some poets say it is her destiny; others believe it is the love she was always denied-an ardent longing that defines her journey.
