Rebellions...are often built on either lies, misfortunes, or spite. And in the case of the Blackfyre Rebellions...it was all three. When King Aegon "The Unworthy" not only sired, but legitimised Daemon I Blackfyre, along with gifting Daemon the ancestral sword Blackfyre from where Daemon got his name, it sent ripples throughout the Seven Kingdoms. And these ripples, went from mere whispers about the legitimacy of the King's trueborn son, Daeron Targaryen, to loud and open shouts that Daemon Blackfyre should be King.
