Peat looked down at the black file in his hands. Slowly, he opened it and began to read the information inside. Name: Fort Thitipong Age: 25 years old Criminal Record: Theft, assault, illegal DVD distribution, defiance of law enforcement... Status: High surveillance. A potentially dangerous target. Peat raised an eyebrow. "So you're a troublemaker, Fort Thitipong," he muttered with a crooked smile. "We'll be meeting soon enough." He closed the file and walked away from the building.
