Sophie gehört seit sie 5 Jahre alt ist zur Agenten- Organisation Black Swan. Ihre Eltern, die als sie 5 war in einem Autounfall ums Leben gekommen sind, waren Mitglieder der Organisation und Sophie und ihre Schwester wurden nach dem Unglück von Grady und Edaline Ruewen adoptiert. Sophie und Amy werden seitdem mit anderen Kindern von Black-Swan Mitgliedern großgezogen und durften der Organisation mit 10 beitreten. Amy lehnte dies ab und lebt nur bei ihnen, sie geht mit Sophie auf die Foxfire, die das Angebot annahm und nun als Spionin ausgebildet wird. Sie ist nun 16 Jahre alt und kämpft zusammen mit Black Swan gegen die Nerverseen. Keefe lebt schon immer bei seiner Mutter, welche die Anführerin der im Untergrund arbeitenden Organisation Neverseen ist. Diese versuchen schon lange, die Regierung im Land Eternalia zu stürzen und selbst an die Macht zu kommen. Dabei steht ihnen nur die Agenten-Organisation Black Swan im weg, die alles tun, um den guten schein im Land zu wahren und die Neverseen zu stürzen. Keefes Vater ist Lehrer an der Foxfire, behauptet er sei gegen die Neverseen, aber ist heimlich immer noch in Lady Gisela verliebt. Keefe wird in der Organisation unterrichtet und lernte dort auch zu kämpfen. Er ist von ihren Zielen überzeugt und macht alles, damit seine Mutter ihm endlich richtige Zuneigung zeigt. Da ich kein richtiges Land wählen wollte, leben sie jetzt im Land Eternalia😅.
