'A division of time' is a synonym for the phrase 'a period of time'. And plants take a long period of time to sprout and bloom beautifully. And so do relationships. That's what these three are having trouble with. Giyuu, Sanemi, and Obanai. Their relationship is quite... complicated at first. But just like one's plant, you have to have patience and wait for it grow, just like their relationship.
