Bubble es una usuaria de las Akuma no Mi, en específico una Paramecia Especial: la Ocha Ocha no Mi (Ocha = Té), lo que la hace una mujer té. Debido a sus habilidades es invitada a trabajar en Totto Land, las tierras gobernadas por la Yonko Big Mom, quien a toda costa quiere exprimir sus habilidades al máximo para fortalecer a su gente, aunque eso arriesgue la vida de Bubble. La única forma de conseguirlo es comprometiéndola con uno de sus hijos, pero nunca esperó que otro de ellos se opondría para intentar quedársela él.
